How to Download TikTok Videos on Android (Infinix, Tecno, itel, Samsung)

Save TikTok videos on any Android phone without installing an app. Copy the link, paste it into Fistty in Chrome or Opera, tap Download, and find the clean MP4 in your Gallery.

The easiest way to download a TikTok video on Android is to copy the link from the TikTok app, paste it into Fistty’s TikTok downloader in Chrome or Opera, and tap Download. The file drops into your Downloads folder and shows up in Gallery with no watermark. It works the same on Infinix, Tecno, itel, Samsung, Redmi, and every other Android phone.

Download it now with Fistty. Paste the link, tap Download. No app, no login, free.

How to download a TikTok video on your Android phone

You do not need to install anything. Any browser already on your phone will do, including Chrome, Opera, Opera Mini, Samsung Internet, and Phoenix Browser.

  1. Copy the link in TikTok. Open the video and tap the Share arrow on the right side, below the comments icon. A panel slides up. Scroll the bottom row of grey icons to the left and tap Copy link. TikTok shows “Copied” for a second.
  2. Open Fistty in your browser. Go to https://fistty.com/tiktok-video-downloader/. On many phones you can long-press the address bar and tap Paste and go.
  3. Paste the link. Long-press inside the link box and tap Paste. Tap the Download button.
  4. Choose the version you want. Fistty shows a preview of the video. Below it are buttons for Download without watermark, Download with watermark, and Download MP3. For a clean copy, tap the no-watermark option. If there is an HD label, pick it for the best picture.
  5. Let the download finish. Chrome shows a small notification at the top of the screen with a progress bar. Samsung Internet and Opera show a similar bar. Do not close the browser until it says “Download complete”.
  6. Find the video. The file is in the Downloads folder. Open Gallery (or Google Photos) and it appears in the Downloads album, usually within a few seconds. You can also open Files or My Files and tap Downloads.

That is the whole process. No account, no password, no app from the Play Store.

Where the file goes on each brand of phone

Android phones all use the same Downloads folder, but each brand puts a different front door on it. Here is where to look.

Phone brand Gallery app File manager Where to tap
Infinix Gallery (AI Gallery on newer XOS) Files Gallery, then Albums, then Download
Tecno Gallery Files or AI File Manager Gallery, then Albums, then Download
itel Gallery Files Gallery, then Albums, then Download
Samsung Gallery My Files My Files, then Downloads, or Gallery, then Albums, then Download
Redmi / Xiaomi / POCO Gallery File Manager File Manager, then Downloads
Google Pixel / Nokia / Motorola Google Photos Files by Google Files, then Downloads

If a video does not show up in Gallery after a minute, open the file manager, go to Downloads, and tap it once. That forces the Gallery to notice the new file. On Infinix and Tecno phones, the Gallery sometimes hides the Download album under Other albums; tap that to expand the list.

Tips for Infinix, Tecno, itel, and Samsung users

Infinix, Tecno, and itel run their own versions of Android, called XOS, HiOS, and itel OS. They work well with Fistty, but a few settings can get in the way. Samsung has its own quirks too, covered at the end of this section.

Allow Chrome to save files

The first time you download, Chrome may ask for permission to access storage or photos. Tap Allow. If you tapped Deny by mistake, go to Settings, then Apps, then Chrome, then Permissions, and turn on Files and media or Storage.

Turn off “Data saver” during the download

Many Tecno and Infinix phones ship with a data saver mode that limits background downloads. If your download sits at zero, swipe down from the top and switch off Data Saver for a minute, or add Chrome to the allowed list under Settings, then Network, then Data Saver.

Watch out for the built-in browser

The default browser on some itel and Tecno phones (often called Phoenix or HiBrowser) can show its own download manager and ads. Fistty works there, but Chrome or Opera gives a cleaner experience. Both are usually pre-installed.

Save storage space

Entry-level phones with 32 GB or 64 GB fill up fast. Choose the standard-quality download instead of HD when you only want to watch the clip on your phone. A standard 30-second TikTok is often 3 to 6 MB, while HD can be three times that.

Samsung: two browsers and Secure Folder

Samsung phones ship with two browsers: Chrome and Samsung Internet. Both work with Fistty. Samsung Internet shows a download icon at the bottom of the screen when the file is ready. Tap it to open the file directly. Downloads go to My Files, then Internal storage, then Download, and Gallery picks them up automatically.

If you use Samsung’s Secure Folder, note that downloads made in a browser inside the Secure Folder stay inside it. Normal Gallery will not show them. Open Gallery from within Secure Folder to find them.

Downloading on a mobile network

Downloads on Wi-Fi are quick and cost nothing extra. On mobile data, a few habits save money.

  • Preview before you download. Fistty’s preview uses very little data, so you can confirm you copied the right video before spending data on the full file.
  • Pick standard quality for WhatsApp. WhatsApp compresses videos anyway, so sending an HD file is a waste. Standard quality looks the same after WhatsApp is done with it. We have a full guide in How to Download TikTok Videos for WhatsApp Status.
  • Use a night bundle for big batches. If you want to save a lot of videos, wait for your night data plan or a Wi-Fi hotspot.

Apps, limits, and what will not download

Why not just use a TikTok downloader app?

The Play Store has hundreds of “TikTok video saver” apps. Some work, but they come with costs: full-screen ads, requests for permissions they do not need, and in some cases a login screen that asks for your TikTok details. Never type your TikTok password into any of them. Fistty is a website, so it cannot ask for app permissions, it does not sit in your app list eating battery, and it never asks for a password. If you want one-tap access, open Fistty in Chrome, tap the three dots, and choose Add to Home screen.

What you cannot download

Fistty downloads any public TikTok, even when the creator has switched off the in-app Save button. It cannot download videos from private accounts or videos marked friends-only, because TikTok only serves those to approved followers who are logged in. No website can get around that, whatever it claims.

Also remember that saving a video for yourself is fine, but re-uploading someone else’s video as your own may break TikTok’s rules and copyright. Give credit when you share.

If a public video still fails to download in 2026, the usual causes are a broken link, a deleted video, or a browser permission. Work through TikTok Video Not Downloading? 9 Fixes That Work and one of them will solve it.
